  • How do I purchase movie tickets online?
  • Here are the steps to purchase a movie ticket:
    1. Go to, create an account and log-in your details.
    2. Select a movie, cinema and screening time.
    3. Select seat/s. For reserved seating, click on the desired seat/s. For guaranteed (free) seating, input the desired ticket quantity.
    4. Review the booking details and the terms and conditions, and then proceed to payment.
    5. Input the payment details and wait for the system prompt for the booking confirmation.
    The booking confirmation and instructions on how to claim the tickets will be sent via email or SMS (optional).

  • What are the types of credit cards that I can use for online purchase of movie ticket/s?
  • VISA, MasterCard, JCB, and AMEX credit cards are accepted.

  • Can I use discounts and complimentary passes for online purchase of movie ticket/s?
  • Discounts and complimentary passes are not honored for online purchase of movie ticket/s. You may proceed to the ticket booth and purchase there instead to avail of discounts or make use of complimentary passes.

  • How will I know if I successfully purchased the movie ticket/s?
  • A booking confirmation will be sent to you via email or SMS (optional) containing the transaction reference number.

  • How do I claim the ticket/s?
    1. Once you receive the booking confirmation (which contains Bar Code/QR Code) in your email, please proceed to Ticket Kiosks located at cinema entrances, using your smartphone swipe the Bar Code/QR Code in the scanner. After validation, tickets will automatically be printed.
    2. If you do not have a smartphone, you can present the Transaction Reference Number found in your booking confirmation to the ticket porter. He/she will generate the tickets for you.

  • Can I still refund or cancel the movie ticket/s or have my booking rescheduled?
  • Movie ticket/s purchased online are strictly nonrefundable or cancelable nor can be rescheduled and are not available for exchange under whatever circumstances except if a movie is cancelled or moved to another play date or if the cinema is not operational on the said date and time.
  • Why can’t I choose seats for other movies?
  • The reserved seating option may not be available for all movies or cinemas. In that case, only guaranteed (free) seating will be applied.

  • Why can’t I seem to access at certain times?
  • Possible reasons are the following:
    1. The website may be undergoing system maintenance.
    2. The website may be congested due to a heavy volume of users accessing the site.
